Simple Turquoise Necklace

This necklace is loosely based on the jewelry that I saw being wearing where I grew up, which was always on rings or bolo ties. Turquoise jewelry has always been popular here in the Southwest of the United States, as far back as I can remember, and I wanted to honor that in some way.

This is made with Turquinite, which is Howlite or Magnesite dyed a turquoise color. These beads are made with Magnesite.

Magnesite is a stone for Tranquility, Love, and has Soothing, Gentle Energies. It is great for bringing Peace and Calm and Balance to the Emotions.

This necklace is approximately 20” in length and has beads strung on to silver colored copper wire, which is connected to a stainless steel chain and findings.
