Red Creek Jasper is just a type of Cherry Creek Jasper and is found in China at the Cherry Creek Mine, which is also near Red Creek, hence the difference in the names. Like Turquoise, is has a composition that must be stabilized in some way before cutting and polishing. This particular piece is mostly black, with just a few hints of red in it, making it less unstable than it's more colorful counterparts.

Red Creek Jasper is another stone for Nurturing and Compassion. It can help with Protection and Ground as well as Self-Discipline. Like the peaceful waters near where it was first found, it promotes Happiness, Tranquility, and Relaxation.

This Pendant is approximately 1.75” in length and 1.75” in width. It comes with a nylon cord necklace that is adjustable.
